A completed manhole after Strong Seal Systems cementitious material has been applied. Strong Seal is applied ½ inch thick and when completed you have a monolithic manhole from the invert to the casting section. Strong Seal Cemenetitious, when cured out in 28 days, has a compressive strength of over 9,000 psi making your rehabilitated manhole strong than a newly installed manhole. Strong Seal System has done more manholes in the U.S. than any other system and has a long list of references available upon request.

Attendees had the opportunity to witness the actual spraying of a manhole and ask the crew questions.
Attendees learn the proper installation methods for applying Flex-Seal Utility Sealant to the top 12 inches of the manhole. Flex-Seal Utility Sealant can be applied on out of round and rehabilitated manholes as well as new construction. It is designed to address the top 12 inches of a manhole. It has been estimated that 60% of the I & I that occurs in a manhole comes through this top 12 inches. Flex-Seal is a positively bonded urethane that has 800% elongation designed to withstand the freeze/thaw cycle.
