Water One is a private water utility located in Lucasville, Ohio. The following project pictures show the relining of approximately 855 feet of 30 inch deteriorated metal culvert. This 30 inch culvert was relined using 24 inch HDPE. It also required the reconnection of a riser stack (internally) in addition to the relining of the pipe. Some of the pipe was under 30 feet of cover which made the replacement almost impossible because of access conditions to the job site. The job site photos tell the story of the HDPE product’s ability to rehabilitate difficult culvert rehabilitation.
